If you wish to delete your company's account, you must request it formally by writing an email to  info@getonbrd.com. The request must be sent by an account administrator, from the same email that was used when the company was registered on Get on Board. 

On Get on Board, you must always identify the company on which the professional will work at. 

When you post a job ad on Get on Board, the name of the company should always be visible. It's important that professionals know for which company they are applying. 
We understand that sometimes there are certain hires that are delicate or whose disclosure can bring you problems. In those cases, you can post a job ad non-visible to the public (private) if you have a subscription plan. 

Pay for a job posting on Get on Board gives you full access to the candidates' information and allows you to use all the functionalities of our Kanban applicants' administration board. Purchasing Boost is in addition to pay for the job posting; it is a way of boosting an already unlocked ad to provide more visibility and send personalized invitations to our Talent Database. 

To request your purchase refund, please write to info@getonbrd.comexplaining the reason (important for us to analyze your case), including proof of payment. 

On Get on Board, every published job goes through a revision process by our editorial team, according to our moderation policy. 

If you are just trying to Get on Board platform, we allow you to start a publication for free and only make a payment if the candidates that have reached your job ad match to what you expected.  This, on Get on Board, is called to unlock an ad.
If you hire more than 5 people in technology profiles a year you will benefit greatly from our subscription plans, which allow you to save considerably from each publication and give you access to our Talent Database.

On Get on Board, all full-time jobs posted must specify a salary, which can be hidden from public view if you have a subscription plan.

Every job on Get on Board is manually reviewed by our editorial team for its approval and moderation. Typically, most announcements are published within 1 to 3 hours after being submitted (within business hours).

Closing a process on Get on Board lets candidates know that you are no longer looking for candidates for the position, and organizes your board internally so that old processes are no longer present. 

On Get on Board, an unlock or "unlocking" a job is equivalent to purchasing a publication. 

If you paid for it on our platform, it will be automatically renewed using the payment method that is stored in your account. If it was activated by our team or if you pay by transfer for local billing, then the renewal will be manual.

Once you create your ad, the URL cannot be modified. You can edit the title and content of the ad, but the link will remain the same as the original one. 

If you have a Get on Board subscription plan, you can access Talent Database, from where you can invite the professionals that interest you directly to your open selection processes. 

The ways available to pay depend on the type of purchase you want to make on Get on Board, and it can be by credit card or wire transfer (only for USA, Chile, and Peru).

When you post a job on Get on Board, it is very important that you manage the process within the platform and communicate with applicants throughout the selection process. 

When you visit the plan page we show you a pro-rata that is calculated by subtracting what you have already used from your current plan from the value of the new plan.

When performing a talent search by tags, our algorithm sorts the results randomly according to the relevance that each professional has with the tag or tags required. When searching with free text, the results are ordered by relevance according to the text entered. 

To invite new users you must have an admin role, the other user roles do not have the faculties to add or remove users. If you are an account administrator, you must click on your name and go to the option "add more users to your account", then enter the email address of the person you want to invite and click on "send invitation".

At Get on Board, all published jobs go through a review process by our editorial team according to our moderation policy. The better your job ad is written and described, the more chances you have to be published right away. 

Our algorithms detect and weigh hundreds of different signals from activity in our platform. This allows us to build a "heat map" of each candidate.
