Integrate Get on Board with your external ATS (Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby)

Need ATS integration with Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby? You can connect your external ATS to Get on Board to sync job postings and send applications to your ATS. Use this if your team already runs hiring in an external ATS and wants to avoid double entry. This feature is available on Recruiter and higher subscription plans.

What you can sync

• Import existing ATS postings into Get on Board as new jobs you can edit and send to moderation.
• Connect a Get on Board job to an existing ATS posting to keep both aligned.
• Send supported applications that arrive in Get on Board to your ATS automatically.

Requirements and plans

External ATS integrations are available on Recruiter and higher subscription plans. You will need access to your company Integrations settings and your ATS credentials. If your subscription is paused, the integration settings are disabled until it resumes.

How to connect

1. Open the user menu and select Integrations (or Settings).
2. Choose your ATS provider.
3. Enter your company site name (for Lever, it’s the company name in lowercase without spaces, as shown in the jobs.lever.co URL).
4. Add the API key (a Super Admin can generate it in Lever under Integrations).
5. Click Save and import jobs.

How to connect Ashby

1. Open the user menu and select Integrations (or Settings).
2. Choose Ashby as your ATS provider.
3. Generate an API key in Ashby from the developer settings for your workspace. Make sure it can read postings and submit candidates. If your Ashby setup restricts post-submit lookups, candidate or application read access may also be needed.
4. Paste the API key into Get on Board.
5. Click Save and import jobs.

Can I integrate a different ATS?

Yes. If your ATS is not Lever, Greenhouse, or Ashby, you can still connect via our API.

Does the integration import existing jobs or connect to current ones?

Both. You can import ATS postings into Get on Board or connect an existing Get on Board job to an ATS posting.

Where do I find the Lever API key?
