Private notes are internal comments your team adds to applicant cards to capture interview feedback, evaluation details, and next steps. They help your hiring team stay aligned without sharing that context with applicants.
Private notes are internal to your company. Applicants never see them.
Who has access
Team members who can access a process in the dashboard can see notes on its applicant cards, including older processes they still have access to.
How to limit access
If you want fewer people to see notes, create team groups and assign them to the job. Group access controls who can see the process in the dashboard, and notes are shown inside that process.
Where to add notes
- Open the applicant card.
- Select Notes in the top menu.
- Add interview feedback, evaluation details, or next steps.
Notes are available once the job is unlocked.
