If you buy a subscription on the website, activation is automatic. Bank transfers (Chile or Peru) activate after payment proof is confirmed.

How do I add my company data to the invoice?

Add your company billing details from Settings in your company account. Complete the tax and invoicing information so invoices show your legal data.

What can I do if I did not complete my billing information when I paid my subscription?

If you paid without completing billing data, your invoice may show incomplete information. Update your company billing details and the invoice will refresh automatically.

Why is a VAT (IVA) tax charged on my Get on Board purchase?

Since June 1, 2020, Chilean companies or purchases made with Chilean-issued cards must pay 19% VAT. VAT taxpayers can declare their status to avoid the charge.

Can I use my subscription to unlock an existing job?

Yes. Use "Add this job to your plan" to unlock a locked job and include it in your active job quota, just as if it were created after subscribing.

How can I get an invoice after subscribing to a plan?

Credit card subscriptions generate a U.S. international invoice. Local invoices in Peru and Chile are available by wire transfer for annual Recruiter plans or higher.

Can I pay an annual subscription in installments?

You can pay an annual subscription in one payment or with quarterly installments, depending on the plan you choose.

On Get on Board, unlocking a job is the same as purchasing a publication. You can publish for free and pay only if the applicants fit what you need.

Why can't I automatically switch to a lower plan?

Downgrades are applied at the next renewal because lower plans have fewer benefits and there are no mid-cycle refunds.

Online payments renew automatically with the saved method. Manual billing or transfers renew manually through our team.
