If you changed the email address in the social network you use to log in, you can recover access by updating the email in your Get on Board profile.

Steps to update your email

1. Log in to Get on Board with your old email. You will receive an access link.
2. Go to Edit your profile and change the email to the new one.
3. Confirm the new email from the message you will receive.
4. Log in again with your usual social network.

What if I do not have access to my previous email?

If you cannot access your old email, contact us via chat so we can validate your identity and help you recover your account.

If you sign in with a system that uses a different email (like LinkedIn or GitHub), Get on Board will treat it as a new account. To avoid this, temporarily change the email in LinkedIn to the one you used before and sync your account.
