Applying to jobs

Salary expectations should be gross (before taxes). During the transition, check each job’s salary expectation field to confirm the format.

You can edit a submitted application from the Your applications area. Open the application and select Edit application to update it.

When you withdraw an application, your profile moves to the discarded stage. The company sees the withdrawal and cannot message you on the platform.

In each job ad you can see when the company last checked it. If you already applied, you can message the company from your application.

You can import your LinkedIn profile to auto-fill experience and studies when applying, then save that data for future applications.

If your LinkedIn URL fails validation, confirm it starts with https://, has no accent marks, and links to your profile.

If you apply for a non-remote job in another country, check the legal permission box when you submit your application.

If you see “Enter a valid value” when applying, verify all required fields and character limits, then check that the salary range is in increments of 50.

After you apply, you can message the company from the Messages tab in your application to ask questions about the process.

If you deleted an application by mistake, you can recover it from Your Applications or contact us to restore it.

If a company does not comply with what is offered in an ad, use the report button at the bottom of the job. We review every report.

Companies with a subscription can invite you from Talent Database. They see a preview of your profile, but contact details and CVs are hidden.

Get on Board does not manage hiring decisions, so each company is responsible for notifying applicants about their status.
