Coach is a tool that analyzes your professional profile and your application history and gives you concrete recommendations to increase your chances of success
Importing applicants via email is almost immediate. You only have to wait a few seconds for the applicant to appear in the 'Interested' column of your process.
If you have changed the email address in the social network you use to log in to Get on Board, you will need to sign in to Get on Board via email and edit it.
When your subscription plan expires, your jobs will continue to receive applicants, but you will have to unlock them in order to access that information.
Get on Board has a partnership with LinkedIn Limited Listings that allows your jobs to appear automatically in LinkedIn job search results. This feature allows you to maximize your jobs' reach, while keeping all candidate tracking info inside Get on Board.
When you authenticate on Get on Board with your email or preferred social network, the platform will take the profile picture you have in the original account. If you wish to change your profile picture, you will have to change it in the original account you used to log in.
We calculate response times from companies to candidates according to three perspectives: global company response time, the response time specific of a job, and the individual response time per team member. Read more to learn about how these times are calculated and displayed in Get on Board.
When you withdraw your application on Get on Board, your profile will be moved to the "discarded" phase of the recruitment process. Although no direct notification is sent to the company, the company will be able to see the reason for the rejection (that you withdrew your application for the position) and will not be able to send you direct messages from the platform.
At Get on Board we have created a modern ATS to facilitate your selection processes, however, we know that there are teams that prefer to work directly with their email inboxes. That's why when you post your job on Get on Board you can activate individual email notifications for each application you receive, here's how to do it!
On Get on Board you can reopen jobs that you have unpublished and that are less than 6 months old. If your job was created more than 6 months ago, you will not be able to reopen it. In that case, we recommend you to close it, informing the professionals that the process has been closed, and relaunch it as a new job.
