What is the difference between duplicate and re-opening a process?

You can reopen or duplicate a closed process depending on what you need.

Duplicate a process

Duplicating creates a new version of the job with a clean selection board, without the original applications. You will need to unlock the new job unless you have a subscription plan that unlocks automatically.

Re-open a process

Re-opening keeps the original data (applications, messages, and notes) and makes the same job visible again. If you do not have an active subscription, you cannot refresh its date.

Jobs that are 4 months old or older must be duplicated. Only jobs created within the last 4 months can be reopened.
