Job moderation policy

We review every job post to ensure quality and safety. This policy explains the criteria we use and common reasons a job can be rejected.

What happens if I edit an ad, does it go back to moderation?

You can edit a published job, but changing the title sends it back to moderation to ensure clarity and policy compliance.

Why can't I reopen my job ad?

You can only reopen jobs that were closed and are less than four months old. Older jobs must be duplicated to start a new process.

Why can't I refresh the date of my job?

You can refresh a job date only when Pin or Boost is active and you have a subscription plan. Regular jobs cannot be refreshed.

What does it mean to refresh the date of my jobs?

Refreshing a job date updates the publish date to today and moves the ad to the top of the list for better visibility.

Are jobs posted automatically, or do they go through a review process?

Every job goes through editorial review and moderation before publication. Clear, well-written ads are approved faster.

What happens if I don't check my job ad after I post it?

If you do not check your job after publishing, we notify you after 15 days. Continued inactivity can unpublish or close the process.

How long does it take for a job to be published once it is submitted for review?

Most jobs are reviewed within minutes or a few hours. Timing depends on office hours, ad quality, and how many jobs you submit.

Why was my job ad rejected?

All jobs are reviewed under our moderation policy. If your ad was rejected, review the common issues and resubmit with clear details.
