What happens if I pay a Boost or unlock and the ad is not successful?
Boost maximizes visibility for your job, especially when you need to recruit quickly or for hard-to-fill roles. If Boost does not meet your expectations, email info@getonbrd.com so we can review the ad and help improve the areas that might be affecting results.
Keep in mind that some roles are harder to recruit and success depends on several factors (for example: unclear job ad, low salary, or a scarce profile with high demand).
Refund requests
If you want a refund, you must wait until Boost deactivates (it happens automatically 14 days after activation). This is because invitations are sent by email and professionals may take time to respond.
Review how to request a refund. Jobs that do not comply with our moderation policy or seniority guidelines are not eligible for refunds.
