What do I do if I get an error in the platform?

If you are having problems with the platform, try the following:

  • Clear cookies and cache in your current browser and try again.
  • Try incognito mode and other browsers, then log in and try again.

If the issue persists, email our support team at
info@getonbrd.com. If you can, write from the email
address associated with your Get on Board account.

To help us solve your issue faster, include:

  • Your user role (professional or company).
  • The page URL where the error appears.
  • The browsers where the issue appears.
  • The exact error message, if one appears.
  • Screenshots or videos, especially if the problem is hard to reproduce.
