When your company pays for a Get on Board subscription, your billing documents depend on the payment method and commercial arrangement. This article is for company admins and billing owners who need to find receipts, update billing details, or request help with tax information.
How invoices are issued
- Online card subscriptions generate a U.S. receipt or invoice as an international purchase. This applies to recurring subscription charges processed online.
- Wire transfer or manually billed subscriptions are coordinated by our team. Availability, local billing documents, and activation timing can depend on your country, plan, and sales agreement. Email sales@getonbrd.com with your billing details if your company needs manual billing.
Where to access your invoices
When you pay, you receive the invoice by email. You can also access it from your company account:
- Confirm you have an admin role.
- Go to your company profile.
- Open the top-right menu and select Invoices.
Add or update billing details
Your billing documents can include your legal company data when that information is saved before the document is issued.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Company info.
- Fill in Tax and invoicing info (legal name, tax ID, address).
Once saved, future billing documents use that information.
I paid without completing billing info
Update your billing details in your company account so future documents use the correct information. If you need help with a receipt or invoice that was already issued, contact support or Sales with the payment date, company legal name, tax ID, and the invoice or receipt number if you have it.
