My account was disabled or locked, what should I do?

Why is your account disabled or locked?

When Get on Board detects that your emails are bouncing, it starts a
process of deactivating your account consisting of:

  • Disabling the account.
  • Scheduling a reactivation email to be sent twenty-four hours after disabling
    the account.

What should I do?

  • Click on the link within the reactivation email or the one that appears next
    to the alert message in your browser.
  • If you did not receive the email, write to
    info@getonbrd.com from the email address linked to
    your account. Include the email you use to log in and a screenshot of the
    disabled-account alert, if you can access it.
