My account was disabled or locked, what should I do?

Why is your account disabled or locked?

When Get on Board detects that your emails are bouncing, it starts a process of deactivation your account consisting of:

  • Disabling the account.
  • Scheduling a reactivation email to be sent twenty-four hours after disabling the account.

What should I do?

  • Click on the link within the reactivation email or the one that appears next to the alert message in your browser.
  • If you did not receive the email, you can chat with our team to help you reactivate your account right away. Just click the chat button at the bottom right corner in Get on Board (Desktop version).
