When you create a job, you must select the modality. Use these definitions to choose the right option.
Job modality options
No remote option (on-site) Select this option if the role must be performed in an office. You must specify the city where applicants should live.
Hybrid Choose this option if the role is on-site some days and remote on others. You also need to specify the city of residence.
Locally remote only Use this when the job is remote but applicants must live in specific countries or regions. You can mention more than one country or region, but if a country belongs to a region you also list, only the region will be shown.
Examples: - Remote work (Mexico, Colombia) - Avoid: Remote work (Peru, Colombia, Latin America)
You can combine regions and countries as long as the country is not contained in the region (for example: Latin America, Spain, Italy).
- Fully remote Select this if the job can be performed from anywhere. If you only want talent within Latin America, choose Locally remote only and specify the region.
