Do I spend credits when inviting applicants who have participated in my other processes?
No. If professionals already applied to your jobs, they stay unlocked in your applicant pool. You can invite them as many times as you need without spending extra credits.
The same happens with professionals you already unlocked in Talent Database. After using a credit to unlock their information, you can access their profiles for up to one year and invite them without additional credits.
