When creating your job, you must specify the remote modality. The number of cities depends on the option you choose.
- No remote option or Hybrid: you can select one or more cities. This is useful if you have offices in multiple locations.
- Locally remote only: you select a country or region where applicants must live instead of cities.
- Fully remote: the job can be performed from anywhere, so no city selection is required.
If you select more than three cities, public views will show country flags and the number of cities, and applicants will see the full list when they apply.
