How can I know the level of technical skills of my applicants?

When searching for talent in Talent Database, some professionals show their technical skills directly on their profiles. These skills are self-reported and help you evaluate fit faster.

Professionals can add up to 10 technical skills. For each skill, they select a proficiency level and can optionally add a certificate URL.

In Talent Database, you can search by keywords, technologies, and filters like English level. Skills appear with a proficiency indicator, and certifications appear as a badge next to the skill when provided.
