What kind of reports can I find in Get on Board?

Recruitment improves faster when you measure it. Get on Board’s ATS offers general and detailed metrics for every process so you can compare results and make decisions.

Where do I find the reports?

All subscription plans include the Job performance view, available from the left-side menu. Recruiter and custom plans also unlock discard details, success rate by process, and CSV exports.

What sections will I see?

You will find three sections in the report view:

• Overview: Metrics across all processes, including response times. You can filter by process status (open or closed) and time periods such as days, months, or years.
• Discards: Statistics about discarded applicants, plus the consolidated list of discard reasons. You can filter by process and time.
• Performance: Duration, applicant volume, and success rates for closed processes. If you have no closed processes, this section stays empty. We recommend closing each process when it ends (you can reopen it later).
