How do I unlock professional information in Talent Database?

Get on Board includes a talent pool of more than 500K technology professionals. You can search directly in Talent Database with an active subscription plan.

When you search in Talent Database, you will see professionals that match your filters. You can open each profile to review their experience and education, but contact details (email, social networks, and more) are locked.

To access contact information, unlock the profile using a credit from your subscription. Once unlocked, you can access that information for up to one year and invite them to apply to your jobs without spending another credit.

When you invite professionals from Talent Database, you can customize the subject and message or use the default templates.
