What are scored questionnaires and how can I use them?
Scored questionnaires are custom questions added during job post creation. They let you create multiple-choice questions and assign point values to each option. Candidates answer them in the application form, and you can see their score directly on the application card.
How do I enable the scored questionnaire?
Edit your job post and go to Step 2: Application form. Choose Multiple choice as the answer type. Add options, mark the correct one(s), and assign a score to each answer.
If you use Superpower, you can generate scored tests with one click and combine them with filters, the Kanban board, and bulk actions to review candidates faster.
How can I filter by score?
You can filter candidates on your Kanban board using score ranges. This helps you prioritize applicants who meet your criteria and streamline your review process.
Scores only apply to the current job post and cannot be used to filter candidates elsewhere on the platform.
