How can I post a confidential job?

If you wish to post a job confidentially, i.e. it will not appear in public views, simply select the 'Post as confidential' option under your job title in step 1 of job creation.

Please note that when posting as confidential, only people you invite directly through Talent Database (*) will be able to apply.
Confidential ads are also moderated by the Get on Board team, under the same criteria as public ads.
