What is the difference between Pin and boosting a job?

Both Featured Jobs (Pin) and Boost place your job ad at the top of listings for 14 days, refresh the publication date, and feature it in newsletters and professional dashboards.

Pinning is included in all subscription plans with monthly quotas based on your plan. Boost is an additional feature that can be added to the subscription plan.

Boost includes all the benefits of a featured job, plus:

• Priority visibility on the platform.
• Automatic sending of up to 200 invitations to the best matches in the professional database. Invitations are based on variables such as category, salary, location, tags, and experience level. Recipients can accept in one click, creating an application in the Interested phase.
