When you purchase a subscription plan on Get on Board and pay by credit card, the renewal of the plan will be done automatically. To view the status of your plan and its expiration (or renewal) date, you can do so by going to the 'Your subscription' option in the top-right menu. In that same menu, you will be able to access your invoices, company account settings, and more.
You will also receive an email informing you 15 days and then 7 days before the renewal deadline. You can cancel the automatic renewal and continue using your plan until its expiration date.
If you purchased a plan with manual payment, via electronic transfer (*), the automatic renewal will be deactivated.
