What happens if my card payment is rejected when my subscription is renewed?

If your payment is rejected, Stripe (our payment platform) will retry a couple of times. If the transaction still cannot be completed, you will receive an email asking you to update your payment methods in your account.

If you are an admin, you can add another payment method from Payment Methods in the top-right menu.

Once there, you can add a new card and set it as the default for future payments.
