What happens when I cancel the automatic renewal of a subscription?
Auto-renewal keeps your company subscription plan active each billing period. These plans are for recruiters and hiring teams using Get on Board to post jobs and manage applicants, not for candidates applying to jobs.
What changes immediately
Nothing changes right away. You can continue to enjoy the benefits of your plan until the current period ends.
What happens on the renewal date
When the renewal date arrives, you will not be charged again and your plan will not renew. You will lose access to the plan and to jobs created within it.
You can cancel auto-renewal from your subscription settings before the renewal date. There are no refunds.
Jobs marked as regular that were unlocked separately will remain open and accessible.
Manage auto-renewal
To cancel auto-renewal, follow the steps in How do I cancel an automatic subscription?. If you change your mind, you can turn auto-renewal back on from the same subscription settings.
