What’s the difference between buying a Boost and buying an unlock?

Unlocking a job is required to access applicant contact information and use the Kanban board to manage applications.

If you do not unlock the job, it stays published for 7 days and you will need to pay both to publish it again and to access applicants.

What Boost is

Boost is an add-on to an already unlocked job. It increases visibility and lets you send up to 200 personalized invitations to professionals in the database. Free jobs must be unlocked before Boost becomes available.

If you want to relaunch an older job

If the job was published more than 30 days ago, you have two options:

  • Publish a new version of the job with a clean selection process. This is the recommended option in most cases.
  • Activate Boost for the older job. Boost refreshes the publication date and increases visibility, but it costs more than publishing a new job, so it is best when you need urgency.

Boost cannot be activated for jobs older than 3 months. In that case, close the process and relaunch it as a new one.
