What is the difference between "interested" and "applicants" in my selection process?

When you invite professionals through Talent Database or Boost, some candidates accept the invitation or send a basic application without completing your custom requirements. That initial state is shown as Interested.

Interested

• The person accepted an invitation or sent a basic application without completing your custom requirements.
• The application is still incomplete.
• This helps you keep the Applicants column focused on complete applications.

Applicants

• The person completed the full application, including your custom requirements.
• You can also move a candidate to this stage manually when appropriate.
