If I'm a recruiting or outsourcing company, should I identify my client's company?

Yes. On Get on Board, you must always identify the company where the professional will work. This policy ensures transparency and a better candidate experience.

We understand that recruiting or outsourcing companies may want to keep a client confidential. However, job ads without the hiring company create information asymmetry and discourage candidates from applying because they cannot research the workplace or know if they have previous experience with the company.

Select “I’m recruiting on behalf of another company” if the hiring employer is a different company than yours.

If you have a subscription, you can publish confidential job ads so only invited people can see them. Even in that case, the job ad must identify the hiring company.
