To attract the right candidates, start with a clear job description and customize the application form to your recruiting needs.

When creating a job, step 2 includes standard questions about experience, education, motivation, and salary expectations. You can add extra questions to filter applicants by adding: - Open questions (text field) - Selection questions (single or multiple choice) - Code challenges (choose a language or let the applicant pick)

Each additional question needs at least 10 characters and can include help text. You can mark questions as required. We recommend adding no more than three extra questions to avoid discouraging applicants.
