When you create a job on Get on Board, our algorithm assigns the category based on the job title, functions, and requirements.
If your job is categorized incorrectly, try editing the title so the system can recategorize it. If that does not work, contact us via chat to edit the category manually.
If the algorithm cannot find a correct category when you create the job, an alert will ask you to select the closest category. Once selected, you can continue the creation flow.
When the algorithm does not find a match, you will be prompted to choose the correct category.
