What are scorecards?
Scorecards are evaluation tools that help you assess applicants consistently by defining criteria and rating them with stars. You can reuse the same scorecard across multiple jobs.
For each scorecard, you can include as many criteria as needed and assign evaluation weights from very low (0.5x) to very high (2x), depending on the relevance of each skill. These weights influence the final score calculation for each applicant.
How are scorecards used?
Once you have created a scorecard, you can assign it when creating or editing a job in step 3 (Scorecards), or from the actions menu for an existing job. After that, you can evaluate applicants directly from their cards on the Kanban board by selecting Scorecards. The final score shown in stars is the average of your team’s evaluations.
