How are the salary ranges required to post a job calculated?

All published jobs must include a salary range, except part-time and freelance roles. When you create your job, the salary range you enter is compared against a minimum value.

If a job offers a salary lower than the minimum value, we will not accept its publication. The minimum is calculated using several factors: - Job title - Job category (which must align with the title and requirements) - Minimum experience level required - Job location - Technologies and skills mentioned in the job ad

We continuously update these base values to reflect market changes and cost of living.
