How are Talent Database search results organized?

Talent Database lets you search and invite candidates from our database using tags or free-text search.

Tag search

When you search by tags, results are ordered by relevance for those tags, with rotation to surface different relevant profiles. For example, if you search for “Node.js”, you will see professionals with higher activity related to jobs using that tag.

Free-text search

When you search with free text, results are ordered by relevance to the term you entered. For example, if you search for “full-stack”, you will see profiles that include that term in their tags or professional profile.
