Direct integration with LinkedIn: post your jobs for free 🫂

As an official LinkedIn Basic Jobs partner, Get on Board allows your jobs posted on our ATS to be automatically submitted to LinkedIn, appearing in the Jobs section within the platform at no additional cost.
This increases the visibility of your vacancies among candidates who are actively searching for jobs on LinkedIn, without losing the expertise and centralization of your process on our platform.

How can you activate it?

To enable automatic posting:

  1. Go to Settings → Company Info.
  2. Add the URL of your LinkedIn company page in format:
  3. https://www.linkedin.com/company/tu-empresa
  4. Post your job on Get on Board.
  5. Once set up, your job openings will be automatically posted to LinkedIn.
  6. You can see if your company has the integration enabled from the admin view.

Where will your jobs be displayed on LinkedIn?

Limited Listings appear in:

  • LinkedIn's job search results.
  • The Jobs section of your LinkedIn Company Page, visible to active candidates.

New Talent Database: AI summaries, more accurate and faster search, and better filters.

We made several improvements in the semantic search algorithm thanks to a better classification of information with Artificial Intelligence, which translates into searches with increasingly accurate results. The information that improves the resolution and search experience is obtained from the profiles, CVs and Github of the professionals.Thanks to a more efficient algorithm, the loading speed of search results has improved by 70% with greater accuracy than before.

You can do one-click searches directly from your open process or from the dashboard. You can also create a search in the left sidebar, from the start you will have pre-assembled search suggestions based on your open processes.

PS: We also improved the accuracy of the usual seniority, technologies and English filters.

Smart summaries on professional profiles for quick filtering

Now you will be able to see a summary of each professional in your Talent Database search, just click on a profile and you will see a Tweet-sized summary. Ideal for quick browsing before drilling down on a profile.

The summary takes into account the professional's history on Get on Board, considering information such as their CV, their GitHub and their results in other selection processes, making it a high quality signal.

Navigate quickly between applications with new previous/next buttons

Yay! Now you don't have to leave the context of the application to navigate between professionals: with the previous/next buttons you can easily move back and forth between professionals in the same column. Remember that within the application card you have actions such as moving to other columns, discarding or inviting to another open process.
