The Highlights App is looking for a person who is going to work building the future UX/UI properties and resources of the company starting and focusing in main product The Highlights App, which need to be developed as ultimate sports video highlights consume video app. We need to solve and make all user features real together with the team, we are going to provide, evolve an a real direct-to-consumer application and all touching point of an user against us.

• Lead features design process of a mobile app, video consumption users focused.
• Lead user experiences interacting with the App from graphic, interaction, transition and animations within the app.
• Create and maintain company first design system evolving in paralleled with other properties as apps, website, emailing, among other.
• Be able to create, delegate or actively participate depending the case in complementary UX/UI components design and development as emails, website, social network experiences, among others.
• Take care of design UX/UI elements and uses across company providing smart way to align concept and resources.
• Be able to build and create user flows, mock up, UI components, interaction and animation. Be able to build an application collaborating together with the product team.
• Resolve support requests on a day-to-day basis.
• Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.

Soft skills

• Neat and organized person: Use team tool and be good at updating statuses.
• Excellent team communication and sync skills: We work fully remote and be in sync is very important to be a team.
• English: You need to be able to understand read and spoken English also be able to write in a fluent way. Talkin English is important but not the most.

Technical skills

• UX/UI Portfolio.
• Experience UX/UI problem solver and consumer-centered.
• Experience working with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar design tool / application.
• Experience working with prototyping tools including transition and animations.
• Experience working remotely with communication tool such as Google meet, Microsoft team, slack, Google docs, others.
• Knowledge about mobile design trends and best practices.
• Experience working with developers and product head roles developing solutions.
• HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Sports fan and video consumer across devices.
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep understanding of technology
• Flexible and focussed on solutions
• Organized and self-sufficient

• Shape Up framework knowledge.
• Gitflow or some git tool experience.
• After effect or video edition experience.
• Be able to lead, teach and manage future design and technologists members. Provide regular feedback and support. (not now in the future)
