Job functions

Design isn't just about looking pretty; it's about wowing our users and driving serious engagement. That's why we're seeking a visionary Growth Designer who knows how to create mind-blowing user experiences. Collaborating with the Growth & Product team, you'll ensure every step of the user journey is visually stunning and intuitive. And when it's time to rock those marketing campaigns, you'll bring the heat with visually arresting designs that'll have our audience begging for more😎

Your Responsibilities

  • Design of marketing assets (multimedia, video, illustration when required)
  • Support the design for user experiences that support demand generation & product-led growth
  • Develop designs for sign-up flows, onboarding messaging, website and landing pages, ads, & more
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Implement designs to optimize multiple touch points of the funnel (SEO, targeted landing pages, on-boarding, communications, signed in/out workflows, etc.)
  • Implement designs for A/B testing & experimentation
  • You will work closely with the Head of Growth and, cross-functional leads to meet/exceed acquisition, engagement, and retention KPI's
  • Be nimble. You will be working with customer journey maps, while designing and iterating against those needs and behaviors. Velocity and iteration are core to your being
  • Imbue empathy. Uncover opportunities to decrease friction and enable new pathways by talking to and listening to users. Conduct user research & analyze data to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate like mad. Identify synergies & opportunities for optimized end-to-end experiences across workflows, channels, devices, and segments
  • Drive designs from concept to launch. You also have some development know-how to help you implement your designs. You are confident in steering a project from the earliest ideation phases all the way through the final delivery

Qualifications and requirements

  • 3+ years designing user-facing digital experiences spanning a wide range of screen sizes
  • Understanding of data and insights for A/B tests, and design solutions
  • Understanding of acquisition & conversion, metrics-driven design
  • Keen understanding of the ever-changing landscape of performance marketing assets (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc) and channel communications (Email, rich media mobile push notifications, in-app notifications)
  • Strength in both interaction and visual design with an ability to prototype designs in low-fidelity and high-fidelity as required.
  • Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Experience in Photoshop or other graphic design applications
  • HTML, CSS, and front-end JavaScript (e.g. jQuery) skills
  • Creative and analytical skills to facilitate research, synthesize and communicate findings into insights and opportunity areas that inform and inspire design
  • A desire to go beyond pixels: You do whatever it takes to make a product successful. You're curious about how business, social, technical, and behavioral factors impact the UX across customer's journey inside and outside the product UX.
  • Excellent communicator and teammate, able to connect with others and inspire
  • A pro at executing quality design across all services and platforms
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
