At Crack The Code, we are revolutionizing K-12 education in Latin America. We want to develop student's digital skills through a blended methodology where students have fun while learning. Our company focuses on teaching Computer Science to kids and teenagers aged 5 through 18 and therefore preparing young Latin American generations for the digital era we are living. We want to demonstrate that by teaching kids how to code, they will have brighter futures, and all of our lives will benefit from it.

We are looking for a top UX designer with great taste and experience that will help us develop our platform even further. We want a hungry, curious, driven, creative person that will take our platform to the next level.

Job functions

- Conduct research to find out user, business and technical needs/improvements.
- Work alongside product and marketing teams to implement new features to prototypes, interaction flows, user journeys and wire frames.
- Design of prototypes and interactions using FIGMA.
- Propose solutions with innovative and creative designs
- Test prototypes
- Redaction of text

Qualifications and requirements

- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Portfolio of previous projects- great design taste is a must
- Knowledge of FIGMA, Sketch and Illustrator
- Knows how to conduct research with clients and users
- Great and creative redaction skills
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Passionate about education and kids

Desirable skills

- Experience working in education sector
- Front-end or UI experience
- Agile methodologies certifications
