The F* Agency is a creative studio based in Argentina partnering with innovative brands around the globe. We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our remote-friendly team. You’ll contribute to a diverse range of purpose-driven projects for US-based and global clients, from brand identity to digital campaigns. This role offers the chance to own high-impact visual work, collaborate across departments, and help shape cohesive brand systems within a fast-moving, flexible environment.

What you’ll do

Design from scratch or evolve existing work across branding, social, email, marketing assets, and digital content.
Own the visual execution of projects with a focus on craft and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative is not only visually strong but also high-performing.
Retouch, resize, and edit imagery to ensure visuals work across platforms and formats.
Apply systems-thinking to develop and maintain cohesive brand systems.

What we’re looking for

A graphic design with a strong digital portfolio.
Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Strong experience with creative AI tools.
Based in Latin America and fluent in English.
Comfortable collaborating with US-based clients and remote teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.

Additional strengths include ownership, creative initiative, solid project and time management, and a solutions-first mindset that adapts to changing circumstances.

Nice to have

Experience leading design projects, familiarity with motion graphics, and a strategic eye for brand systems across multiple channels. Prior experience in a remote, distributed team, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with US-based stakeholders.
