The F Agency is a creative studio working across three core pillars—Brand & Identity, Creative Production, and Growth Marketing—driven by an interdisciplinary team.*
Right now, we're focused on scaling how we think and produce: handling multiple brands with distinct voices, increasing the speed of our creative output without losing depth, and building systems that connect strategy with execution.
As we grow, one of our main challenges is maintaining a high creative standard while operating faster and more collaboratively across disciplines. We're looking for people who can bring structure to chaos, push ideas further, and help us evolve the way we work.

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our core creative team, working closely with our Brand, Growth, and Creative Production leads.
This role is not just about execution. You’ll be responsible for translating strategy into scalable visual systems across multiple clients—primarily US-based startups and purpose-driven brands with ongoing design needs.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where projects overlap: from building brand identities from scratch to iterating on high-volume digital assets (emails, paid media, social content) that need to perform and evolve continuously.

What we expect from this role
How this role evolves
As we grow, this role can expand into a more senior position with ownership over key accounts, mentoring other designers, and helping define our design systems and creative standards across the agency.
We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally working on digital-first brands. This experience should be reflected in a strong portfolio that shows not only visual quality, but also the ability to build and evolve design systems across different formats like social, email, and paid media.
Given how we currently operate, experience with creative AI tools is important. We’re actively integrating AI into our workflows to speed up production and explore new creative directions, so we value designers who already use these tools in a practical, hands-on way—not just experimentally.
You’ll be working daily in Figma, along with Adobe tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, depending on the project. Beyond technical proficiency, we expect you to be comfortable organizing files, building reusable components, and maintaining consistency across multiple deliverables and brands.
This is a fully remote role within a Latin American team, working primarily with US-based clients. Because of this, strong English skills are essential for written communication, presentations, and day-to-day collaboration. You should also feel comfortable working asynchronously, managing feedback cycles, and navigating time zone differences.
Finally, we’re looking for someone who brings a high level of attention to detail and ownership over their work. Our projects often move fast and involve multiple stakeholders, so being proactive, organized, and collaborative is key to keeping things on track and maintaining a high creative standard.
