Why can't I reopen my job ad?

You can reopen jobs that are closed and less than four months old. If a job is older than four months, you cannot reopen it.

In that case, close the process, notify applicants, and duplicate the job to start a new process. Duplicating creates a clean copy of the ad without previous applicants.

All applicants remain available in your candidates database, which you can access from your dashboard.
