In Get on Board you can import applicants via email directly to your selection process by sending the applicant's CV in pdf format. 

Importing applicants via email is almost immediate. You only have to wait a few seconds for the applicant to appear in the 'Applicants' column of your process.

At Get on Board we have created a modern ATS to facilitate your selection processes, however, we know that there are teams that prefer to work directly with their email inboxes. That's why when you post your job on Get on Board you can activate individual email notifications for each application you receive, here's how to do it!

Once the professionals accept the invitation to apply for your job, they will be able to contact you after sending their application via 'Messages'.
