How to share an application with a public link

If you need to share a specific application with teammates who cannot log in to Get on Board, you can generate a public link from the applicant card.

1. Open the process view for the job.
2. Select the applicant card you want to share.
3. In the left menu, click Get public share link. This opens the application in a new tab. Copy the URL and send it to your team.

Please share applications only with people who need access and keep applicant data confidential.
