When you create a job posting on Get on Board, you must specify salary for full-time roles. Part-time or freelance jobs do not require salary fields.
In the salary field you can choose gross monthly or gross annual salary. Gross salary is the amount before legal deductions.
If you choose gross monthly, you only need to enter the salary range. With an active subscription plan you can hide salary from public views.
If you choose gross annual, you must enter the annual base salary. You can also add extra compensation such as bonuses or non-monetary benefits.
Once you enter the amounts, you can choose whether to display the annual or the monthly salary. If you show the monthly amount, you can select how many salaries make up the annual compensation (for example, 13 salaries per year in some countries).
