Job functions

As our Regional Leader and Head of Expansion for Central America, you'll own the setup of local operations, talking to partners, closing deals and tracking various data points that will help launch and optimize our business. We are looking for a leader who will be able to support the operations team down the line to launch our service in new markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing scalable processes to prepare the company for growth and managing country operations post-launch. This is one of the most challenging roles within P46, in addition you’ll be focused on driving new business by finding and developing new leads, counting with the support of our regional SDR team. You will hold high levels of professionalism and P46 product and systems knowledge. Our team is entrepreneurial, curious, passionate, and self-driven, and if you are too, we'd love to meet you.

Duties:

  • Build from ground up the foundations and processes of P46 operations in Central America
  • You'll lead the brand, and drive new business by finding and developing leads
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions and partnerships around P46 solutions
  • Manage launch and opportunities pipelines, following through with presentations, demos, proposals and contracts
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads or partners through creative follow-up communications designed to increase interest in P46
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and alignment to goals

Qualifications and requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience in business development, sales or operations in tech
  • High energy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive hunger to be great
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong strategy, research, analysis, presentation and negotiation skills
  • You have a track record of nurturing strong business relationships in the central america region
  • Proven leadership skills, motivating and challenging teams at all levels of the organization, a plus
  • A strong interest in the future payments, fintech, and changing the status quo
  • Experience building a business from the ground up
