As our Regional Leader and Head of Expansion for Central America, you'll own the setup of local operations, talking to partners, closing deals and tracking various data points that will help launch and optimize our business. We are looking for a leader who will be able to support the operations team down the line to launch our service in new markets.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing scalable processes to prepare the company for growth and managing country operations post-launch. This is one of the most challenging roles within P46, in addition you’ll be focused on driving new business by finding and developing new leads, counting with the support of our regional SDR team. You will hold high levels of professionalism and P46 product and systems knowledge. Our team is entrepreneurial, curious, passionate, and self-driven, and if you are too, we'd love to meet you.
