The People Operations team is responsible for the experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Starting with talent acquisition & the candidate experience, HR who oversee benefits, compliance, company socials, etc & on to Business Partners who work with employees & managers on org strategy, talent development & are the liaison between employees & People Ops. Our goal is to build a team & culture capable of achieving Peek’s mission.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our People Operations team! As a Recruiting Coordinator at Peek, you will primarily focus on the day-to-day support of candidates and new hire requests in our expanding team. This includes arranging interviews across multiple locations and time zones, all while enhancing the candidate experience. This is a unique and highly impactful opportunity to help accelerate growth in our company. This role will report to the Director of People Operations and work closely with the entire People Ops and Recruiting team, along with Hiring Managers and Executives in the Tech Org.
Our team is 100% remote, however, we prefer candidates in the same time zones as the greater United States (UTC-10 to UTC-4). English is our business language, and fluency is required.
