Job Description:

We are looking for an Administration and Finance Officer responsible for managing and supervising all processes associated with the administration and finance of the business carried out in the new UK holding company. You will manage, control and oversee all Lemu's finance and accountability processes, jointly with the legal team and CFO, making sure that we are in compliance with local tax and legal regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Lemu’s financial compliance by recording and processing a range of financial transactions accurately and efficiently to a deadline (often in multiple currencies), updating financial records and supporting internal and external audit processes.
  • Process supplier invoices, ensuring they are promptly recorded and authorised in line with agreed financial procedures.
  • Assisting with the preparation of the company audits and annual tax reports.
  • Assisting with banking tasks and any other arrangements to keep the company running.
  • Assisting with the smooth running of the UK company and maintenance of office systems.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of a new global ERP software.
  • Liaise with payment processor partners to keep records up to date.
  • Any other task, responsibilities or specific projects entrusted to them by the department leader, in which they are working.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of UK Taxes
  • Experience of 2-5 years working in matters similar to those described.
  • Experience working on project finances with computerised accounting packages.
  • Excellent numeracy and MS Excel skills (must be strong on pivot tables, look-up functions and using complex formulas)
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Intermediate or advanced Spanish (priority)
  • Proven administration skills with good attention to detail.
  • Strong Analytical and decision-making skills

Contract Type: Full Time.

Location: Remote Work 🏠.

Net wage: Between 1700 and 2800 USD (monthly)
