IT Academy program for trainees is a dynamic educational area that aims to enhance recent graduates' technical knowledge and professional skills, maximizing their abilities alongside technical knowledge and guiding them on their new professional journey.

Job Functions

Be a mentor and prepare qualified junior staff for SoftServe
Learn fast and share your knowledge about software tools and technologies
Organize trainings, sessions, and knowledge-sharing events for IT Academy trainees
Manage development of the real projects with a group of trainees and delivery tech lead
Improve your theoretical, practical, and soft skills

Qualifications and requirements

A bachelor's degree specialist in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline
A professional with at least 3-year record as a Technical Mentor in Bootcamps, Coderhouse, CodeCamp; universities, or technical schools
Experienced in teaching and working with C++, C#, Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript
Skillfully explaining the principles of relational and non-relational databases
Confident in software testing principles and CI/CD
Accustomed to Agile methodologies
Demonstrating B2 English level (written and spoken) to cover daily communication with the students and team
Showing advantage in working with, or teaching others how to work with Clouds, preferably AWS
