Job functions

As a marketing manager, you’ll be responsible for creating marketing campaigns with a data-driven approach to help us achieve business goals. You’ll work on campaigns to help educate users, drive engagement, growth, reduce churn, and increase overall conversion across the website, product, and social channels.

What you’ll do, our agreement with you:

  • Build marketing campaigns to support product announcements and growth initiatives within the business
  • Design and develop user activation and engagement campaigns
  • Design, develop and manage strategy, planning & execution of brand campaigns to educate potential users
  • Market through various channels, including social media, email, and product
  • Manage and create user segments within our large data set
  • Develop business cases for marketing campaigns and make recommendations on marketing tactics
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns in achieving their KPIs, including impact on lead generation, retention, and engagement
  • Partner with sales, designers, product and other internal stakeholders to launch marketing campaigns
  • Set up and run A/B tests for website, emails, and conversion-based campaigns

Qualifications and requirements

  • Experience with building complex marketing campaigns and reporting results
  • Proficiency as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
  • Experience writing benefit-driven product marketing copy
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing

Desirable skills

  • Have a strong interest in the future payments, fintech, and changing the status quo, having worked for a fintech or B2B company
  • Have experience working at a fast-paced start-up, with disciplined approach to project management
  • Previously worked in distributed and remote environments
