Marketing is a small but mighty team at Bright which is responsible for providing around 70% of our new client volume. We are now ready to get a dedicated Head of Marketing who is a well-rounded combination of visionary and quantitative with experience and focus on lifecycle marketing in order to reduce our dependence on paid acquisition.
We are seeking someone with experience in building growth loops, network effects and other strategies to drive long-term sustainable growth. You will also coach the Marketing team to hit our volume goals using a combination of in-house and agency covering paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, demand gen, brand awareness, and more. You will be the visionary responsible for scouting where our Marketing efforts go 6-12 months from now and what hires we’ll need to get there in order to hit our ever-increasing volume goals.
You will drive high level strategy and also get in the weeds yourself at times. You will work with the Sales team to make sure we hit our goals from top to bottom of the funnel by testing new campaigns and initiatives, scaling what works, motivating and mentoring, and building the team that Bright needs. You will also be responsible for efficient and effective communication with our broader executive team on behalf of the Marketing department.

-Has significant lifecycle experience building symbiotic strategies and loops that drive long-term growth
-Has managed a $30,000 USD+/month paid acquisition spend and historically come in under budget each month
-Is a purpose-driven leader with experience and history of success; you love building and motivating teams that hit their goals
-Has enough experience in our team’s Marketing areas to provide strategic guidance to in-house agents and agencies, namely: Paid ads (Facebook and Google primarily), SEO, A/B testing, email nurturing, landing page conversion, & marketing tech stacks.
-Loves and lives data; you know how to extract insights from data, and use those insights to scale our marketing efforts.
-Has the ability to wear many hats, relentlessly prioritize, and who knows where to focus both self and team.
-Is an advanced written and oral communicator in Spanish and English. You are easy to understand, get to the core point quickly, and know when to be concise and when to give details.
