Wolf is a SAAS startup that provides a platform for entrepreneurs and temporary staffing companies to start their own on-demand staffing platform for an affordable price. We are revolutionizing the staffing industry by democratizing access to on-demand staffing, AI, & Machine Learning.

We are looking for a creative, self-driven, design enthusiast with experience working with B2B software companies to join our growing team as the lead designer.

What you'll be doing:

Thoroughly understand the software to create user-centered designs, incorporating client and end-user feedback when deemed applicable
- Increase ease-of-use and enhance the user experience
Work in collaboration with team members (sales and customer success, engineers) to evaluate user needs
Illustrate design ideas and design graphic user interface elements
- Create original graphic designs
Identify and propose solutions to UX problems
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

What we need you to have:

Proven previous work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Portfolio of design projects for B2B SAAS companies
Performance Delivery: Do what you say you will when you say you will do it. And do it well.
A keen eye for detail and aesthetics
Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Zeplin
Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Superb written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with a Marketplace--where there is the customer side of the platform, the client side, and then the platform in the middle (e.g.: Uber Eats, Cornershop)
